For this project we learned about the different techniques you can do with watercolors. I struggled with not having hard lines around my flower petals. I overcame it by working with the paint repeatedly. I enjoyed this project.
Final Project
For this project I decided to draw myself. I learned to not draw hard lines. I also learned to work on my value and shading. I learned that sometimes it takes a lot of patience to draw. I liked this project.
Metal Cuts
We learned about chasing and repousse. Which is working with metal and working with designs in metal. This project was not easy. I did not like this project. I overcame the struggle of figuring out my background.

We learned about Elizabeth Cattlet. We learned about all the safety tools and procedures. I expressed through nature and color. i struggled at first, but it worked out. I over all liked this project.
Portrait
For this project we chose someone we wanted to draw. We worked on proportions, shading , and getting facial features right. I struggled with the teeth and getting lines too dark. I overcame it by working on it over and over again and trying to fade things out better. Overall, I really liked this project.
Japanese Stab Binding
For this project we had to make our sketchbooks, for this project we used the japanese stab binding technique. We had to make our own covers and end pages. On the end pages we had to use personal reflection. I had a lot of trouble with this project and had to just try to finish it the best I could. I hated this project.
